Cabesh Goes to Washington: part 5, Arlington National Cemetery

Arlington National Cemetery was our last sightseeing stop before heading home.  Technically, entrance into Arlington is free, but we opted to purchase tour bus tickets because of the distance in between the major site.  Also, it was so cold, the wind was blowing like crazy, and we only packed hoodies.

Arlington is something you must see in person.  The size, the scope, the reverence are overwhelming.  I was humbled thinking of all of these men and women who have served our country, and the thousands more buried in VA cemeteries across the nation and in other places.

Arlington has an amphitheater for special concerts, ceremonies and occasions.
