Fitness Report, Week Ending 22 Jan

DIET
I did track my food this week, but I wasn't always within my goal.  Baby steps.

EXERCISE

One day of walking with a friend.  Bonus:  fantastic conversation.

HEALTHY CHANGE

Time to start back on these.  I'm working my way into this--if I do everything at one and it's overwhelming I won't continue.

GENERAL
I'm feeling pretty good about this week.  I'm progressing toward my goal, even if it is in small amounts.  Progress is good.

Waist measurement: no change
