Two front doors
I'm a sucker for a historic home, and this one has not only two chimneys, but also two front doors. In the first half of the 19th century homeowners were moving from the basic necessities of a farm house to larger, more comfortable homes that included parlors. One didn't want to introduce visitors into the keeping room, but rather directly into the parlor. Therefore, homes had two identical front doors-- one for visitors that led into the parlor and one for the family that led into the keeping room. This home is an excellent example of that feature.
